In case of any confusion you should ask before purchase. We reserves the right to make the final decision on all such cases. No support will be provided for such businesses.

(b) Sell, lease, assign, transfer, sublicense, disseminate, translate, duplicate, reproduce or copy the Software (or permit any of the foregoing) or any information pertaining thereto to any other party except as permitted in this Agreement.

(c) Use or distribute the Software or part of software as part of a commercial packaged Software product, framework, component, library or plug-in. Enterprise license is required for such usage.

MISCELLANEOUS

(a) Neither the name of ‘Charts 4 PHP’ nor the name of it contributor may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

(b) We may use buyer name & company details in the list of recent buyers section of website, unless requested to remove.

(c) LICENSE can change without USER confirmation.

TERMINATION

This LICENSE will automatically terminate if Customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof. In such event, Customer must destroy all copies of the APPLICATION.
